Q. Where can I use 911T ?
911Transalte is available anywhere world wide, There are two key points to remember. 1st, keep in mind we currently translate to English, French, Spanish, German. (More languages to come) 2nd, You will need to have access to a phone to call us. Typically, people who are traveling use their cell phones to call us.
Q. How does 911T work?
In each region, we have a dedicated helpline number which you can call from any mobile or landline phone. Our Customer Service Associates will ask you a few questions to understand your exact requirements. Then, if the person you wish to speak to is right beside you, you can give him/her the phone and our associates will communicate in their language. If you wish, you can authorize our associates to place a call to someone else on your behalf. We can also arrange conference calls based on your requirements.
Q. How much will I be required to pay?
This is the best part. 911T is an on-demand service which does not need a continuous financial commitment from you. If you are an individual, you can buy a monthly package starting at $39.95. You will receive 60 minutes of call time in the package. If you are an individual who travels regularly or a company that would like to purchase this service for your organization, you can choose our more economical yearly package, which is just $29.95 per month. This package also includes 60 minutes of call time per month.
Q. What if I exceed the 60 Minutes call time?
No Problem, Simply login and purchase another package for 1 month. You will then have an additional 60 minutes of call time.
Note: If you plan on using 911T for more that 60 minutes a month. Purchase the discount 12 package special. When you use up the 60 minutes a new package will automatically start.
Q. What languages does 911T speak?
We currently have translators who are proficient in English, French, German, and Spanish. If you or your business requires assistance in other languages, let us know in advance and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a professional for you at your fixed time of appointment.
Q. Can you translate between 2 foreign languages?
Yes! For instance, if you would like us to help you translate between German and Spanish concurrently, we could easily do it. We have associates who are fluent in more than one language (apart from English).
Q. When can I use this service?
You can use 911Translate 24/7. We are always available to serve you during any emergency. However, if you would like specific assistance, such as a conference call or need several available associates simultaneously, please let us know in advance and we will make the necessary arrangements. (They will access a client calendar system to set an appointment).

Q. Is my transaction secure?

Q. How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) or by PayPal. We do not levy any additional service charges
Q. If I do not use up my 60 minutes, will I get a refund?
The 60 minutes of call time is free with the package. The fee you pay is for a monthly subscription, so we will not be able to refund money. Similarly, we won’t be able to transfer call time to the next month if you have unused minutes on this month’s credit.
Q. How do I know how many minutes been used up?
We log each call. In case of any clarification regarding call-time, our help desk associates will assist you. We can send you a report of the call times, if needed.
Q. Can more than one person use this service on one username?
No. This service is not transferable and your username can only be used by you. This is to prevent misuse of your information and to keep you safe. If multiple people wish to access 911T, you can consider signing up as a company, so you can save money.

Q. Can I also use 911T to learn a new language?
Yes. We have developed a new and unique technique. This teaching method helps you learn and communicate effectively in a foreign language. Yes. We are partners to you in your business. 911T will be able to work on your assignment based on your requirements.
